Our commitment
Zynco provides private network connectivity. We do not sell, rent, or use your network activity for advertising, and we do not disclose VPN data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Information used to provide Zynco
We process only information needed to activate, secure, maintain, and support the service:
- Activation information: an invite state, an anonymous installation identifier, and activation timestamps.
- Service health information: connection outcomes, aggregate performance measurements, and security events such as invalid or replayed requests.
- Support information: the messages and contact details you choose to send when requesting help.
- Purchase information: subscription status supplied by Apple. Payment details are handled by Apple, not Zynco.
What we do not build
- No advertising profile or cross-app tracking identity.
- No product-analytics record of your browsing history.
- No sale of network activity or personal information.
- No inspection of browsing content for marketing.
How information is used
Information is used to authorize the service, maintain reliable connections, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Operational measurements are designed to be low-cardinality and are not used to reconstruct a person’s browsing activity.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, support, accounting, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption, limited operational logging, and separation of credentials to protect service data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers and legal requests
Zynco uses infrastructure and platform providers to deliver the service. They may process limited information on our behalf under contractual and security controls. We may disclose information when required by valid law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
Your choices
You can stop using Zynco at any time. To ask about your information, request deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, contact hello@zynco-io.com.
Policy updates
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice appropriate to the change before it takes effect.
