Using the service
You may use Zynco only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any limits presented with your account or preview access. You are responsible for activity initiated through your device and for keeping access credentials secure.
Private preview
Preview features may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn as we improve reliability and safety. Preview access is personal, limited, and may not be resold or transferred without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zynco to:
- violate law or the rights of another person;
- distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, or disrupt networks;
- evade service limits, share credentials improperly, or interfere with Zynco;
- use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk or resource demand.
Availability
Network conditions are outside any single provider’s control. We work to keep Zynco dependable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific speed, or access to every destination or media catalog.
Subscriptions
When paid subscriptions become available, pricing, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and billing processes.
Intellectual property
Zynco, its visual identity, software, and service materials are owned by Zynco or its licensors. These terms grant a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership or permit copying, reverse engineering, or commercial reuse except where applicable law does not allow such a restriction.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these terms.
